Kitchen

Warren, our head chef, has lead the Kitchen team since our opening in 2013. Our menu has been designed around sharing with friends. Small and large plates prepared with the finest local ingredients.

The menu is inspired by the seasons and our produce is sourced from local suppliers and friends. We buy our beef directly from a small farmer Padraig Gilligan in Co Roscommon. Our free range pork comes from Thomas Salter in Co Kilkenny. Our fish and shellfish comes from Howth and Castletownbere.

We offer a curated selection of small plates and sharing boards with plenty of vegetarian and vegan options as well as josper grilled meats and fish
